The terms that govern your use of this website and the services Lurevex provides.

1. Who we are

These terms govern the use of the lurevex.com website and the services provided by Lurevex (“we”, “us”). By using the site or ordering our services, you agree to them.

2. Services

We provide digital marketing services — SEO, paid advertising, video, design and web development. The scope, schedule and price of each engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or contract, which prevails over these terms in the event of any conflict.

3. Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. Where invoices are overdue, we may suspend work.

4. Your responsibilities

You undertake to provide us in good time with the materials, access and approvals we need in order to do the work, and you confirm that the content you supply to us does not infringe the rights of third parties.

5. Intellectual property

Once the price has been paid in full, the deliverables created for you become your property. Rights to our tools, templates and know-how remain ours. We may feature non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Results

Marketing results also depend on factors outside our control — platforms, algorithms and market developments. We guarantee a professional approach and transparent reporting, not guaranteed rankings, traffic or revenue.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an individual engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it over the preceding 12 months; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage.

8. Ending the engagement

Either party may end the engagement by written notice with a 30-day notice period. Work carried out up to the termination date is invoiceable.
